• Same-day changes: Changes made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a $25 fee
• Emergency situations: We're understanding of genuine emergencies - contact us to discuss

No, you don't need to be home! Many of our clients prefer to be out while we clean. Here's what you need to know:

• Provide access instructions when booking (key location, garage code, etc.)
• Our cleaners will call you when they arrive and when they leave
• You can track your cleaner's status in real-time through our app
• We're fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind
• Secure your pets in a separate room or let us know their location

If you prefer to be home, that's perfectly fine too! Our cleaners are happy to work around your schedule.
